01What are AI credits?
Credits are a prepaid balance you use for AI APIs or cloud services. What they cover depends on the provider and account. Before you choose an offer, we'll confirm the services, balance, expiry, and access included.
02How do I buy credits?
Find an offer, click Enquire, and tell us what you need. Our team checks availability and shares the account details, transfer method, and terms with you before you decide. Sending an inquiry doesn't commit you to a purchase.
03Can I sell credits I won't use?
Choose Sell credits and contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your provider, remaining balance, and expiry date. We review the account and the provider's transfer rules before matching it with a buyer. Please don't send passwords, API keys, or recovery codes in your message.
04Why are credits offered at a discount?
Some teams have a balance they won't use before it expires. Buyers can get more from their budget, while sellers recover some of that unused value. The price depends on the provider, expiry, restrictions, and how access can be transferred.
05How are payment and transfer handled?
The team agrees the payment arrangement, transfer steps, and acceptance checks with both sides before a deal. Escrow, if arranged for your transaction, and any refund conditions are set out in writing. Transfer timing depends on the provider and the account.
06Are you affiliated with the AI providers?
No. aicredits.live is an independent marketplace. Provider names identify the services covered by an offer; they don't imply endorsement or a partnership.
07What if the credits I need aren't listed?
Send us a request with your provider, budget, and expected usage. We'll check whether there is a suitable offer and get back to you. Listings are indicative until our team confirms current availability.
